Am I the White Rabbit yet?

If you’re new, welcome! So glad to have ya. I’m Finley, and I write contemporary romance with heart, heat, and healing. You’re welcome to unsubscribe at any time if you decide I’m just not the author for you, and there’ll be absolutely no hard feelings.

Well, I’m a bit late with this one. Oops. I meant to get this out Saturday, but I totally lost track of time. Then yesterday was full of helping my in-laws, so I didn’t get the chance to draft this up. Now it’s 6:30 in the morning on a Monday on which only ONE of my kids has school (poor Oldest…). So anyway, hi hello I’m the White Rabbit for the day. …I need coffee 😩

So in my last newsletter, I said I was working on winter-themed novella(s). I also mentioned having applied to be in an anthology. Wellllll, ya girl’s gonna be in the winter-themed anthology! I’m excited. Like, super-duper excited. Now all I gotta do is get my work finished and edited by November 26th… Think I can do it?

Remember how I said I was taking a small break from writing novels to work on the novellas/short stories? Yeah, that break is over. I got a burst of motivation/inspiration for my “rockstar-single-dad/single-mom”, so I’ve been trying to write like a madwoman while I can. It hasn’t been as successful as I’d like, but hey, somethin’ is better than nothin’. Right? Right.

I’m still offering ANY ONE of my ebooks for free if you want a copy. Just reply to this email with the title of the book you’d like, and I’ll send you the download link. We’ve got:

Scars & Souvenirs (book 1): Mental health rep, HEA, empowerment, found family, healing. Open door.

Max has a choice: Keep running or trust someone new for the first time.

Dreams Reborn (book 2): Mental health rep, HEA, accidental/surprise pregnancy, second chance at happiness, forgiveness. Closed door.

No one ever told Clay how a phone call could change his life.

Long Time Gone: Small town, friends-to-lovers, second chance, “bad boy not-so-bad”. Closed door.

How does one move on when so much of their history is entwined with someone else’s?

Love Notes: Rockstar/PA, friends-to-lovers, best-friend siblings, cinnamon roll MMC. Explicit open door.

No one ever warned her how a job would change her life

The Road Back Home: Cinnamon roll MMC, friends (with benefits)-to-lovers, single “mom”, spicy. Explicit open door.

Sometimes, someone will show you there's more to life than just responsibilities. And sometimes, you find love is a responsibility of its own.

Well, I think this is all for now. I’ll see you next month, and until then, Happy Halloween!!!!!

If you’re new, welcome! So glad to have ya. I’m Finley, and I write contemporary romance with heart, heat, and healing. June is here and that means: Happy Pride Month! I’ve been reading a lot lately, especially books featuring characters or by authors within the LGBTQ+ community. My current favorite is The Nightmare Before Kissmas by Sara Raasch. Coal is a disaster, which is always fun to read, especially when you read his ✨ growth ✨. I also highly recommend A Hexcellent Chance to Fall in...

If you’re new, welcome! So glad to have ya. I’m Finley, and I write contemporary romance with heart, heat, and healing. Summer is technically (almost) here, and I’m incredibly excited about it! As much as I adore autumn the most, summer is a close second place. Summer means taking the kiddos to the pool, going to the park/playground, and not having to wake up at 5:30 on the weekdays because there’s no school. Well, that last one WOULD be true if the older kids hadn’t decided to do voluntary...

If you’re new, welcome! So glad to have ya. I’m Finley, and I write contemporary romance with heart, heat, and healing. Welcome to April! I’m coming to you live from Headacheville where I’ve resided for the last few days. It’s… not pleasant. So with that in mind, I’ll be keeping this month’s newsletter short and sweet. Last week was my birthday (35, yay!), which I spent in the best way possible: spending time with the kiddos and Husband. I even recreated one of my absolute most favorite...
