November already?? HOW?!

Well… I’m a day late with this newsletter. Oops. I blame ADHD. Yeah, that sounds like a good reason. ;)

Anyway! How can it be November already?? It’s so hard to believe that next month is December. The end of the year. Time sure has flown. I suppose we’ll just have to make the best of the last month and a half, yeah?

If you’re a follower of mine on social media or you read my last newsletter, you’ll know that Love Notes will be released on November 30th, 2024. Which means there are two weeks left! Thirteen days. THIRTEEN DAYS. Can you hear my screaming? Because I am so so so so so excited. I can’t wait for y’all to meet Harley, Asa, and crew. I really hope you enjoy the story as much as I loved writing it.

You can pre-order it here for $2.99. Once it’s released, the price will go up to $4.99.

Moving on.

I’m absolutely thrilled to announce that I’m taking part in an anthology, Pawliday Love. The proceeds go to helping the people and their pets affected by the hurricanes in Florida and North Carolina. It’s currently on preorder right now, and its release date is December 15th, 2024. I’m so excited about this—it’s my first time ever writing for an anthology. For my submission, we get to revisit some of my favorite characters. Let’s see if you can guess which ones!

Another announcement: I’m currently working on my next book, which will be ready for release in early 2025. This gives me a few months, tops, but I’m determined to make the deadline. I’m currently at 43,525 words and chugging steadily along.

I think that might be all I need to say today. I hope you have a beautiful rest of your month. Thank you for sticking with me for so long. I’m so grateful for you. See you in a few weeks. xx

Here's the Thing by Susan Henshaw

A Small Town, Professor/Student, Age Gap, Hidden Identity romance from Amazon best-selling author Susan Henshaw.

Tally:

A week ago, Ashton, my best friend’s uncle and my professor, suddenly bowed out as my thesis advisor. Now he's here at my boyfriend’s hockey game, date in tow—and I’m a wreck.

My friends were right—these messy, intense feelings are all for Ash, not my boyfriend.

But I can’t want him. Even if he wasn’t my professor, he’s too old, and I have too many secrets.

Ashton:

A professor isn't supposed to fall for his student just like a man isn’t supposed to fall for his niece's best friend. But I’ve managed to do both.

When Tally accepts her boyfriend’s proposal in front of ten thousand cheering fans, I'm gutted. My chance is gone.

Or so I think.

Then I run into her at the restaurant after, and she's near tears. So I walk her outside and hold her until she's done crying.

My family calls me the Golden Boy. The Dupree who always does the right thing. But, when she lays her hand against my cheek and tells me I’m her person?

This Golden Boy is ready to fall from grace.

Perfect for fans who enjoy big emotions, crackling chemistry, steamy kisses, and a touch of suspense. Books in the Seddledowne Series are connected but can be read in any order.

If you’re new, welcome! So glad to have ya. I’m Finley, and I write contemporary romance with heart, heat, and healing. Summer is technically (almost) here, and I’m incredibly excited about it! As much as I adore autumn the most, summer is a close second place. Summer means taking the kiddos to the pool, going to the park/playground, and not having to wake up at 5:30 on the weekdays because there’s no school. Well, that last one WOULD be true if the older kids hadn’t decided to do voluntary...

If you’re new, welcome! So glad to have ya. I’m Finley, and I write contemporary romance with heart, heat, and healing. Welcome to April! I’m coming to you live from Headacheville where I’ve resided for the last few days. It’s… not pleasant. So with that in mind, I’ll be keeping this month’s newsletter short and sweet. Last week was my birthday (35, yay!), which I spent in the best way possible: spending time with the kiddos and Husband. I even recreated one of my absolute most favorite...

If you’re new, welcome! So glad to have ya. I’m Finley, and I write contemporary romance with heart, heat, and healing. Spring has (almost) sprung, and I’m thankful for that! I’m not a huge fan of the winter months—too cold and usually dreary—for my liking, so the warmer weather and bright sunshine is enough to make me sing a jaunty little tune. Even the rain showers and thunderstorms can’t bring me down. (Mostly because I love rain showers and thunderstorms. Duck, on the other hand, does...
